We had such a fantastic experience with Luke at Zander! We had to move out of state before we could get our house ready and on the market, and saw Zander’s ad that included handyman hours and thought it would be useful. Luke went above and beyond, organizing and scheduling all of the work we needed done. That included extra handyman hours, kitchen and bathroom countertop/cabinet upgrades, carpet stretching and cleaning, deep cleaning, junk removal, and landscaping work. Luke scheduled all of it and made everything look amazing, taking a huge amount of stress off of us. He had a great balance of making suggestions and giving us enough information to make our own decisions, and he always felt like an advocate that was genuinely concerned about our needs. He was always easy to get ahold of, and if he wasn’t able to talk he’d always have someone from the team reach out. We always felt like we were in good hands, and I would highly recommend the Zander team, and in particular Luke Zander.

We had Rachel and Luke as our buyer's agent(s) and Christina handling the paperwork, which she did expertly. Rachel's strength was in really listening to, and grasping, what it was we were looking for. Luke's strength was in sussing out what it would take for a winning bid, with what seemed like a dozen points within the offer and a pinpoint accuracy on the amount to be offered. He was terrific at scoping out what would be important to the seller and what not so important. We honestly do not think we would have gotten the house had it not been for his skills.

Just closed on my house with the Zander team!! Can not recommend anyone more amazing than Luke to work with! He is the goat! He will get your deal done, and the office team at Zander Reality will keep you up to date on the whole process! We visited so many house, and had some issues with the loan company and Luke was so amazing throughout the whole process, explained everything perfectly! If your ready to sell your home or want to buy your dream house, you definitely need Luke to do it!!

If you are looking to sell or buy a house, then my advice is to start at the back of the phone book and work your way forward. That way you will experience the Zander Team first and I promise that they will be the standard by which all other real estate transactions will be compared to. I've sold a house with Zander twice now and both times they managed to exceed my expectations. That's quite a feat, because the first time they sold a house for us I was absolutely blown away, so to exceed my already high expectations for them was really impressive the second time. They have great communication and a knowledgeable team. My absolute favorite thing to hear when dealing with a company is "That is a good question. Let me find out for you." That is so much better than "I don't know." The Zander Team knows exactly how to make the customer feel great and they do it by avoiding things that compromise your trust in their knowledge or skills. Nobody is expected to know everything, but Zander doesn't hide behind this expectation and use it as an excuse for not having an immediate answer. "I'll find out and get back to you" is something they absolutely do and they do it well. The best part about the Zander Team is that it doesn't matter if you are selling a starter home or a mansion. Every customer is going to get the same royal treatment. It's like driving the entry level Ferrari or the track ready Ferrari. Either way, you are driving a Ferrari. Our first home was worth a quarter of what our second home sold for and I didn't feel we were treated any different when selling the nicer one. That is a rare thing to find a company that treats all customers equally. Especially when they aren't treating them equally bad! Zander treats every customer like a family member who is hoping their sister or brother will hook them up and get them the best possible deal. I could go on for days about the experiences I've had with this group, but my stars do the talking for me. My only disappointment in reviewing them is that I'm limited to 5 stars. They are worthy of at least 2 or 3 galaxies worth of stars for each rating. Be warned.... If you do business with the Zanders then it will ruin you for any real estate experience you ever have with anyone else in the future. They are the absolute gold standard for real estate and you will be so lucky to work with them in the buying or selling of a home.

From the moment we met with the team, we knew this experience would be different than the typical real estate agent experience. Very hands on, informative, collaborative team that proactively markets your home. Lowest stress sale of a house. Professional and driven. You want Zander on your side.

So far. Just great! I love how everything is so clear Theres no feeling of worry or about a “small letter” on your contract. Team Zander go above and beyond help you step by step anything that comes to your mind they do their best to their knowledge to solve it and since they have a great team work with plenty expertise areas. Saying you are just “covered” or they have your back it’s not enought!!! You are on the best hands when you sign with them! Definitely the best home buying experience!!

Zach Zander is the real MVP. He was spot on with negotiation and very knowledgeable navigating our first home purchase. From list price to purchase price we saved $18,000. Zach was available for us and helped us through the process. The only downside was that after we had our offer accepted there were a few people within the real estate office that make some minor mistakes in emailing us wrong info, but they were quickly corrected.
