We had the best experience working with Evan on buying our first home! As first time home buyers, we knew nothing about the process or what to look out for when walking through a home. Evan was invaluable throughout the whole process. He was EXTREMELY responsive and was able to answer all of our questions. Evan was also extremely flexible with seeing houses and understood our busy schedules. His background in construction was also much appreciated. He would point out different things in each house we looked at and knew what to look out for. We ended up beating an all cash offer, and we know Evan was the reason we were able to do so. Evan has also been extremely helpful after closing on our house. He has provided us with contacts for home improvement projects. He helped teach my husband how to do several things around our house. We will be referring Evan to our friends that want to buy houses. I highly recommend Evan and will be using him if we decide to buy/sell again :)
