I recommend Sharon St. Clair of the Marshall l St. Clair Group of Keller Williams with absolutely no hesitation. Sharon did an absolutely superb job selling my parents’ home. The end result was that we received more than 15% over asking price – this was not a million dollar home either so this was an extremely strong result. Whatever I say in this review will not fully do her or her team justice. Sharon took over as selling agent after there was a stall with my initial realtor. She started (and ended) with 100% enthusiasm and immediately found a contractor who did an overhaul on the interior of the entire home for a very reasonable fee. This was a home that my parents had lived in for 45 years and even though they had maintained it as well as they could, they were in their 90s when they moved out and to another state, and it needed to be updated. I am also located out of state, we had a car that wouldn’t start left in the garage, and Pittsburgh had some of the worst weather its seen in ages, but none of this was a problem for Sharon. I’ve had nearly a 40 year career in finance and Sharon is one of the hardest working people I’ve ever encountered. She did everything from buying a new refrigerator to ensuring that the house had full social media coverage to getting a tree cleared that had been split by the winter storm the very morning of the open house. There is a long list of adjectives that describe Sharon. In summary, Sharon is professional, smart, strategic, both detail and big picture oriented, focused on the goal, an excellent listener, responsive, kind, resourceful, and generous with her time. She’s also a former practicing attorney, knowledgeable, kind and funny. I wish I’d had her as my realtor when I was buying my house!
