I recommend Frank without reservation. He is responsive to phone calls, e-mail and text messages. I never had any problem reaching him or waiting for a call back. He is fully aware of his market and if there happens to be a question he cannot answer, he will get the answer. He is an excellent source for roofers, paving companies, screen replacement companies and the like. He does not hesitate to meet contractors on behalf of his clients to give them access when his clients are unavailable to do so. He is more than willing to make a small remedial repair to help with a sale. He is very respectful of his clients' decisions and choices. He is an excellent realtor.

My parents recently moved into Atria Lady Lake Senior Living and made the decision to sell their house in The Villages. Although my siblings and I live in the Northeast we all came down to clear out the house, find a realtor and get it listed asap. As 22 year residents of The Villages, my parents had a positive experience years ago with an associate of Frank's and they requested we stick with Realty Executives. From the first encounter my sister, brother and I felt Frank was genuine and we'd be able to work well with him, the extra effort he put into getting the house ready after we left was nothing short of Herculean (he and his wife personally trimmed bushes, cleaned parts of the house, replaced blinds. . . I could go on and on). Over the course of the next 2 months I personally interacted with Frank at least 50 times and at every point of contact he was cheerful, a calming voice of reassurance, and aware of each minute detail at every step of the process. My parents called me after they signed the closing papers and told me how thankful and appreciative they are to Frank as well for all of the stop-offs and kind gestures, they also concur with our evaluation. I've had dealings with 7 realtors with different real estate transactions in my life, most have been good, a few great, Frank has been the pinnacle of excellence, the best of the best. I should also mention (he plays it all down): we had offers the first day after the house listed; it sold almost immediately; and my parents got slightly over asking price.

I was in a fix on account of the circumstances of my retirement in California. I needed to buy my home in The Villages remotely, and the ladies of my 247 Team understood my predicament. Our relationship with Sally Love and Jan Enness has been an eye opening experience! We interviewed three agents from three different real estate venues. Excellent customer service!! They were extremely helpful during the entire buying through closing process. They worked to ensure we got the home with all our requirements at a fair price. We can't say enough about all their hard work. They made the buying process easy. They also provide little extra touches that are very thoughtful. We were given personal (business) cards to hand out to our neighbors and friends. They also provide for a small party that we can invite neighbors or new friends to our new home. Cindy is AMAZING she sold our home in 6 weeks on offpeak time for The Villages. She kept on top of things kept us informed on things and did a great job for us.
