Renee Gese was recommended by a friend of ours after we had a less than satisfying experience with another realtor. Renee was prompt and professional and she did a great job representing us and our property. We probably weren't the easiest sellers to work with because of our previous experience but Renee responded to all of our requests. She kept us informed daily, gave us great advice and worked with the buyer to make the transaction go smoothly. I can't recommend Renee highly enough. I am (was!) a first-time home buyer, and she: (1) gave me expertly-tailored search results that matched my tastes and allowed me to hone in on the places I was interested in and matched my pricing criteria; (2) walked me through the bidding and contract process and helped me negotiate -- I felt like I ended up winning the negotiation stage and got a great deal on my place (I'd estimate this alone saved me $15K); and then (3) held my hand through the daunting task of sorting all the paperwork it takes to buy your first place -- and my place was a co-op, so this took some doing. Renee went above and beyond in getting my lenders to actually respond and move the process along, moving from contract to close. I've worked with other agents trying to sell a house and Renee is the best by far! Right off the bat I could tell Renee knew what she was doing. Not only does she know what to take pictures of and why she also has an eye for photography. I've looked at countless houses on Zillow and her photo's really helped my house stand out when trying to sell. She explained to me why she took each picture and what the benefit was. I had a buyer in three days, the buyer fell thru and she had an open house that weekend and had another buyer just like that. She had the house up, sold, and closed in a month. She answered every call and responded to every email I sent her in a very timely manor. This is my first experience buying a home. I used the VA system and it was quite the experience, but Renee seemed to be able to walk us through everything and we felt not only important and secure but she was always there at the drop of a hat.
