STAY AWAY from this realtor. I wish I can rate this service - 0 stars. He only cares about his commission. He is not responsive and you will feel like you are low priority with him and he will negatively switch behavior on you as soon as you get under contract. I regret using him. He was unprofessional, arrogant, unresponsive, rude and disrespectful on closing the process on my first home. He did not deserve his commission. As a first home buyer, all I really needed was guidance, responsiveness, and someone to be willing to explain things that I questioned about. When I ask him questions via text message - he ignores for DAYS and I will have to remind him. He got very rude and yelled at me on the phone then hung up because I said he’s being unresponsive and I need to be prioritized, especially knowing this is my first home. His disrespectful actions are unacceptable. He only showed up to one of the walk through’s and acted like he was such in a rush to leave. He doesn’t care. I also tried to set up a scheduled phone call meeting to let him know that lenders made errors on purchase price but he told me to not contact him about that, and that I should contact the lender. He sounded very rude on text message the way he said it. He didn't want be involved in trying to help. I will attach a text message photo on how he ignores my questions and does not want to be involved. Bare in mind - never once was I disrespectful to him. When I asked for better communication from him, he tells me his busy. I felt like he was trying to be-little me because he felt like I'm new in real estate. Why would you ever be disrespectful and yell at a buyer because his asking you real estate questions? Isn’t that why I hired you? I will DEFINITELY NOT recommend this realtor, Randy Milmeister to anyone. I will also be reporting his unacceptable behavior to the realtors association.

He found a great contractor for me to used, Edgar Barrera, which increased the value on my home substantially. He explained in great detail all the steps I would go through, selling my brother’s house, as he died without a will. Randy make the process painless.

I think he read the market right -- we had four offers before the sign was up in the yard. And we accepted one because it was cash and the asking price. Took three days. He is a really nice person in addition to being efficient and professional.

We can't thank Randy enough for providing us all the help that we needed in order to sell our property in Summerlin Las Vegas. If we could have given him 10 stars we would. Living in Chicago and selling a residential rental property in Las Vegas was not easy. Our property was on the market for almost 4 months with the previous realtor with no activity. With so much frustration from our previous realtor experience, we asked Randy if he could sell the property in a month. We were so lucky that he accepted the challenge.
