From the moment I first connected with Naomi, I was impressed. She understood exactly the type of house I was looking for, and since the inventory is very low at the moment, she actually found me the perfect house off-market. This was only possible because of her deep connections and years of experience. I was out of the country for much of the escrow period, but Naomi handled everything in my absence, all while keeping me informed via email every step of the way. She has my highest recommendation.

I hired Naomi to help me rent out two properties. She didn't know anything about the Los Angeles Rent Registry or even where to find the forms. Luckily, I was able to find the information online and get everything squared away, even though it was AFTER the leases were signed. And if I did not have this document, I would not have been able to legally collect rent. In addition, when I had issues with the tenant she found, her response to me was the following: all any agent can do is write the landlord's desired terms into the lease and negotiate to have the tenant accept them, which I did. No agent has the power to force a tenant to actually comply with the terms of the lease that they have signed. That is what the legal system is for." For someone who has been an agent for years to not know this is disconcerting. Not only is her knowledge outdated, but so is her picture. She is much older and heavier. What is written about her expertise and service, especially after the lease is signed, seems quite inaccurate and deceptive. Keep looking for an agent.
