Being a first-time buyer in New York can be a very daunting task. In working with Mukul, he made the process understandable and his patience, attention to detail, and insight made securing my first home in NYC easier than I could have imagined. At every point and question (and there were a lot...) Mukul was available and ready with an answer or some direction. He was able to negotiate a great deal for me, and work to ensure that the closing process went smoothly. I'd highly recommend Mukul as an agent, especially if you're new to the process of home-buying.

Mukul actually builds a very sincere relationship with his clients. I have been knowing him for few years, and over the years, i troubled him few times to look for new places, but didn't happened until now. He makes you feel more like that he is "helping a friend" than just a "client" This year, i have a great pleasure working with him for both buying and selling. Mukul has been a very professional, informative and careful, because the complexity of buying the new and selling the old at the same time. It was a very fast pace process, and it went very smooth.

I very rarely write reviews, and if I do, it is typically not good as I feel that I have the duty as a good citizen to let everyone know to stay away. <br/><br/>In the case of Mukul, I feel as a good citizen I need to let everyone know that he is EXACTLY what you NEED when transacting any real estate transaction. First and foremost, he has a solid understanding of the real estate market in New York City (from Manhattan, Brooklyn, to Queens), from luxury condos, coops, townhouses et al. Unlike other agents, he will listen to your needs and will be very straightforward and honest with you. He takes pride in being a resource for the first time buyers and to the sophisticated investors. The knowledge he has in regards to real estate is limitless and he keeps up to date with the market news. He is also highly networked and respected within the industry by other professionals, and can point you in the right direction when needed. <br/><br/>In my case, I was at the last stage of my closing, but Bank of America decided to decline my mortgage application due to not meeting a certain underwriting criteria! PANIC!!! Mukul made a phone call to someone within Bank of America and somehow the mortgage went through!! <br/><br/>Overall, I highly recommend Mukul as he will just simply take the stress out of the stressful process of buying a home!

Mukul was a great resource throughout the home buying process. As a first time home buyer, he made a very complicated process seem straight forward. He was there to support us every step of the way and was always available to help us through any questions or concerns we had. I found his experience and knowledge particularly helpful during the negotiation and contract phase where he made sure we were well represented.

We just moved to NYC from HK and Mukul helped us find the perfect place for our growing family. He knew we wanted to get a two bedroom, but we didn't know much more about the city. That began a 1.5 YEAR journey of showings, offers and constantly losing out on units. At one point over a year in, I got cold feet and backed out of signing on a property at the last minute. Yet in the end, I couldn't be more impressed. <br/><br/>He focuses on newer construction condos but is a wealth of knowledge across the board. He responds immediately to e-mails; its incredibly rare to not have a response within 5 minutes. He is there to guide you through the entire process. I cannot imagine there is a better broker in the city!
