Can't say enough about Michael Kent and his team. My home had been on the market and unsuccessfully sold with TWO other realtors. The second time I barely saw 6 showings in 6 months. Michael Kent came in with a plan and a proven method. I saw as many showings in the first two weeks and had a successful offer in hand within a month. I absolutely recommend Michael Kent and his team (shout out to Cosette!) to anyone trying to sell their home in this terrible market! I had my home on the market for about 7 months when I lost hope. I took it off the market and was about to rent it again but I got a call directly from Michael. We could not be happier with the result that Michael Kent did to sale our house. This is a remote house and very custom and we were expecting to get as much as we could for it (who isn’t). With being a high price and remote we really wanted to sale quickly but we were realist as well. I met Michael about nine years ago in church. When we decided to sale this gorgeous house and quickly, the person I thought of was Michael Kent. He does an amazing job marketing other houses so I figured he would be the right person for the job. We joked that our other houses all sold in 10 days combined. Apparently he took that as challenge and was able to get in contract by 14 days. We were able to near asking price. I met Michael Kent by a phone call from a Title Agency recommending him. We met that same day and he was very presentable and professional with information on how he does business, his sales over the past year and his approach to getting the job done. He would call us weekly to provide details. However, they were one-minute phone calls. What he told us originally is not what he said later when he came to negotiations. I feel like he misled us. Whenever we would call him, he never answered his phone and, a couple of times, never returned our calls. I think he was working for the buyer, and I was the seller. The only time I ever received a call from him personally (and not my husband) was when we closed, and he wanted to gloat.

Michael Kent personifies what I believe a realtor should be. We knew that he was working for us and not just for himself. He provided weekly updates and willingly accepted calls any time during the week. We were handling this sale from out of state and had just fired our previous realtor who had only 2 or 3 showings over 12 weeks. Michael Kent does such an amazing job that we started calling him Clark, as in Clark Kent, Superman! He sold our home so fast and the client wanted a two week escrow! Michael Kent reached out to us after our previous realtor let our listing expire. While the previous realtor we worked with was only able to get 1 showing during the 3 months she had it, Michael was able to get multiple people in to see our house within the first couple weeks. He was able to help us navigate the home selling process through several snags(on the buyer's side) and we still ended up making a decent profit even though he took over after the market started to decline.
