Marc did an excellent job listening to what my wife and I were looking for and guiding us to the perfect fit. This includes local knowledge of where we bought (Oak Island), potential profitability of short-term rentals, and education of how to achieve our goals. Would highly recommend for anyone wanting guidance and education on buying a house with the short-term rental experience in mind.

Marc was absolutely awesome. He is the best we have ever worked with. Our dream of owning a beach front investment property materialized only because of Marc. His expertise with these types of properties is unmatched. He was able to eliminate the bad opportunities very easily based on his knowledge, which saved time, energy and most of all, the horrible mistake of making a poor investment. Definitely his integrity played a huge role in allowing for that. He focused us on the exact property characteristics, income histories, location, laid out a realistic performa that would allow us to maximize profitability with cash flow in the short while gaining great appreciation over the long term. He is connected in the community in every way ( builders, lenders, realtors, vendors ) etc..which was critical to get our deal done the right way. Followup after the transaction has been so helpful. His service does not end at the closing. We are looking forward to another investment opportunity hopefully in the near future.

Working with Marc is great. He knows the market and the builders and can steer you towards those with better track records. He knows the materials used in the houses and can explain the costs and benefits of different types. He is able to accurately predict what a seller's bottom line is based on this information.
