This might be a long review because there’s so much I have to say about Jose Perez. For starters, my case was complicated due to the fact that this was a probate sale. My dad passed away from Covid in 2022. He didn’t have a trust but did have a will that was contested by his son. Over two and an half years after my dad’s passing, it was time to sell his home. My dad lived in this home for over 20 years so he had a house full and garage full of tools as well as a lot of trash that needed to be cleaned out before I could put the house on the market and that in itself was going to be a whole project so I needed to find an agent with experience dealing with complicated cases like mine. When I was looking to hire an agent I had a friend refer Jose Perez and he came highly recommended. For our very first meeting, Jose and I met for almost an hour and he came very prepared, answered all of my questions and he immediately made me feel comfortable and like he could get the job done. I text him the very next day to tell him that I wanted to hire him. From the very beginning Jose communicated everything with me. We discussed the huge project of cleaning out my dad’s home and he was able to not only help with the cleaning out part, but he also helped me with the estate sale. He did research on the items that had some value and could be sold and the estate sale was a success! What I appreciated so much about Jose was how he wanted to make sure we did everything necessary to honor my dad and his possessions. This was such a HUGE project and I was so thankful that Jose had an answer for every roadblock we encountered. I fully trusted him from the very beginning because I saw his professionalism and attention to detail. He has many resources and knows many people. Any time I had questions or concerns, he would either already have the answer or he would find me the answer right away. The attorney handling my dad’s estate was also very impressed with Jose and his knowledge because he was on top of everything! Never have I worked with someone who I trust 100%. I can’t say enough good things about Jose! He went above and beyond for me and my family. He was able to sell my dad’s home for more than what we listed it at. I wish I could give more than 5 stars! You will not be disappointed with Jose so I HIGHLY RECOMMEND HIM!

I was referred to Jose by my sister, she always talked about how great her experience was working with him but having worked with other realtors myself in the past I had some reservations. However, from the moment I talked to him I immediately got the sense I was in good hands. I was immediately impressed with the level of knowledge and professionalism. Within two days after our first conversation I received a hardcover portfolio with their marketing strategy/company info, comparables in my area and a breakdown of the loan details, basically all the essential information you need. A couple of days later I met with him to go over all my options. At no point did I feel the pressure or hesitation you feel when you're with a realtor/salesman. I had to make a decision on whether I stay in my current home, sell and buy elsewhere or sell and rent. I mention that because any salesman would naturally steer you towards the direction of a sale regardless of whether or not it's the right decision for you but that was not the case with Jose. He educates you and allows you the space to make a sound decision without pressure.

After graduating high school, I found out that I could not go to college because of my poor grades. Once I realized that I had a temporarily missed out on that opportunity, I turned my attention and focus into making real estate investments. I spent the next 4 years working overtime shifts and weekends to make sure that I could save up the money that I was going to need. Once I felt that I had the funds to make a purchase, I was pointed into Jose’s direction by an old friend. I called Jose and made an appointment. During our meeting, he was great. He had answers to most of my question and followed up on those that he didn’t. He was a calming voice to the majority of my concerns. My husband and I made some terrible mistakes by helping some friends purchase a home and with credit cards. It was a nightmare. One we thought would never be out of. We seriously thought we would never be home owners :(. We even cried a few times, yes we did. I will never forget the first time we met him. First, he was there to listen. My wife and I had our home on the market for six months with another agent and we were starting to get discouraged. By chance I ran into Jose in an open house.
