Carmen helped me to buy a new house and sale my 2nd house quickly. Excellent work I am so glad that I choose the best one Whenever I have questions regarding to buy/sale my properties, Carmen always give me the advices and help me clearly go through it step by step.

Not recommended for rural areas. I went with Johnny in 2025 because I knew my house was going to need a very specific buyer considering its age and remoteness in Greenwood. After meeting with him, I thought he would be the guy who could get it done. Overall, I ended up feeling I wasn’t an important enough client after it was realized my home wasn’t going to be an easy sell and not a huge profit. Johnny was great at the beginning. He initially had me working with his wife Valary and they did a great job on the photos and listing. After about 3 months, he switched me to Shannon Bassham and it all went downhill from there. Terrible communication. I would not receive responses from my texts for days, and I had to send follow up texts to get her to answer. She did not seem to have any knowledge of selling in this area, septic systems, wells, etc. I never even met her in person. Had 2 offers in one year and both fell through; 1 that was in the middle of escrow. I went with a highly recommended local realtor instead.

Halley did an incredible job helping us find our first home! We were so nervous being first time home buyers, but Halley put our minds to ease and helped us navigate the entire process. Mario approved a house tour for 11:30 am. So we got our 2 babies in the car drove an hour away just for him to no show us on the showing. Very disappointed and would never recommend him.

As a first-time homebuyer, I was extremely unsatisfied with the service I received from Valary. Buying your first home can be overwhelming, and I expected my agent to guide me through the process. Unfortunately, that did not happen. • I found the property I purchased myself — she did not provide meaningful assistance in searching for or recommending homes. • She gave almost no explanation of important documents, contracts, or deadlines. At one point, her only comment on the purchase agreement was that it “looked good,” without further detail. • She did not walk me through the steps of the process (such as inspections, financing timelines, or contingencies), leaving me unsure and anxious about what to do next. • Communication was poor. She rarely checked in, did not keep me updated, and made me feel like I was going through the process alone. • Even after closing, she did not call, congratulate me, or offer any follow-up — something I would expect as basic professionalism. Overall, I felt unsupported, uninformed, and disappointed throughout the entire process. For a first-time homebuyer, this lack of effort and guidance was unacceptable. Despite doing the bare minimum, she still collected a full commission. I would not recommend this agent to anyone who wants an advocate that is responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful.

Regina was an absolute Rock Star! She was kind, caring and knowledgeable. She made sure that my mother was comfortable with the process, explaining every step completely. My mom is a Senior, but Regina never made her feel old or unknowledgeable . She made every appt on time and with a smile. I will definitely use her in any further transaction that we have.

Jason was amazing to work with and went above and beyond for us throughout the closing process, and even after move in when the transaction was already done. He is incredibly responsive and patient, and even took the time to show us additional properties even after we'd put in an offer to make sure we didn't have any buyer's remorse since we were moving from outside the area. His knowledge of the area is very deep, having lived and worked in the Sacramento and San Francisco areas his whole life. I can't recommend him enough, feeling like we've made a friend.
