So...they did sell our house, over asking, or shall I say the house sold itself, premium location, great schools. But the attitude of Jennifer! And the communication - the literal worst. And, she's always finding excuses! So condescending, never calls you back, and is very unpleasant. Stay away, it's all smoke and mirrors.

Team Tackney helped us buy our first home and we are so great full for their kindness, empathy and patience. It took us over 6 offers but we are so happy! Titus was a gem! I never wrote any review before. However, I am doing this for a GREAT real agent, TINO PHAM. I have to let everyone know how GREAT he is. I did not know Tino before. I just requested to see the house that I am interested in through Zillow. Eventually, Tino picked up my request and came to see my husband and me. He researched about the house thoroughly before he came. He gave us the tour of the house and he told us about all of its potential. With his architectural knowledge, (he has an architecture degree), he showed us how good condition the house is. He also gave us inputs on how great value the house is for our family. Finally, my husband and I decided to make an offer. Tino worked so hard to put in the offer. He also put us at ease that the offer would go through. He studied the price of the area and talked to the owner to know what she would like from the offer of the house. He suggested us a fair offer for the house. It worked like a charm. Our offer got ACCEPTED. We got the best price for house. I was so happy, excited, and amazed how good Tino was. Throughout the whole process, Tino always gave my husband and me heads up. The Tackney’s are a great couple and a great team, that I witnessed grow from a two person team into a whole cog work of efficient and knowledgeable agents and administrators in just a matter of years. Three years ago, I thought I would never find a home for my family in a desirable neighborhood. Everything was out of my current price range, and it seemed to be getting more difficult with each passing day. Being familiar with real estate but not the area, we looked for the right match. Because Jenni was a member of Giveback Homes, an organization we support it was a good starting place. Jenni and her broker/owner Geoff Tackney gave a professional presentation that covered the area, their sales strategy, their marketing approach and compared an "as is" sale, to a renovated/updated sale and the associated sales prices. We were provided with a comprehensive list of suggested repairs and replacements as well as recommended contractors. After freshening up the property the first open houses were scheduled. We had never bought a house before and were not sure what to expect. I had just started my search for a home, not really expecting to buy right away and contacted Jenni after seeing a home on website with her phone number on it.
