Jamie and Ann are simply the best. They are so good at what they do. We purchased a home while being out of town which has its challenges and they have been so accommodating, it's been amazing. There are so many things that you don't realize you need when you get started and Jamie and Ann have ALL the answers. They have a referral list a mile long of trusted contractors they've used and referred out. We've gotten to the point where we just 100% trust what they say and run with it which saves us tons of valuable time. In addition, they are SUPER responsive and do everything they say they will do and quickly which means a lot to me. If you are looking for an agent to work with in the South Florida, you really need to give Jamie and Ann a serious look. You won't regret it. 100% recommend, would give more stars if I could.

Our experience working with Ann and Jamie Chauss to purchase a home in Port St. Lucie was top notch from start to finish. They really listened to what we were looking for in a home and sent us listings and showed us properties that would meet our needs. We were living in Delaware during our house hunting process and they were very accommodating and devoted a great deal of time to us when we came down for a 4 day house hunting trip. Bottom line, we were under contract on a home that exceeded all of our hopes and expectations by the 3rd day of the trip. They were extremely responsive to all of our communications and questions throughout the entire process and also provided us with a lot of useful information about our new community. We highly recommend using them if you are searching for a home on the Treasure Coast.
