Frank was very knowledgeable of the selling process. He keep in touch and kept us informed during the time our house was on the market. He was prompt in returning calls when we had questions.He also attended the closing to make sure everything went smoothly.

We were out of state (Nevada) owners of a condo/villa located in St. Louis, Missouri and needed a local relestate agent to work with us to sell the MO property. My first agent (not Frank) had the listing for almost 4 months & did little to promote the sale of the condo. She was very passive in her approach & waited for people to find the property through the MLS listings. We engaged Frank and his company & the difference in the quality of service was night & day. Frank presented a custom Sales Plan outlining his ideas on promoting the property. Frank visited the property and made suggestions on improvements he felt would be things potential buyers would really attract buyers. Frank also did some repairs e.g painting and cleaning HIMSELF !!!. As out of town seller l was very very impressed with his service and his personal interest in the property. Frank is a "straight shooter", he always in touch with progress reports & activities about buyers visiting the property. Frank makes his plan & "works" his plan. He flooded the local community with mailers and advertised his open house dates, which were all well attended. We had a few offers immediately and he followed them up and I'm happy to say we sold the property within several weeks. Frank's personal interest & enthusiasm was "key"to the sale. I could go on, but I don't, but I dont want Frank to get a "big head". He is a Professional in every sense & I almost wish I had another house to sell so I could work with Frank again. Frank helped me look for houses for my wife and I. We were looking for something within a price range and for certain amenities to accompany the home.
