Shay did a great job helping a friend and I (and his dog) find a house in Hood River, a very competitive real estate market. At the start of the process, she asked good questions to really understood what would work for us and the dog, helping us understand options, likely trade-offs etc. During the process, she used our time efficiently, keeping us up-to-date as relevant listings were coming on the market. Once we eventually found a place we liked, she did a great job with all the steps from inspection to close, making the process both fast and (pretty) painless. And after the close, she continued to be incredibly helpful, making suggestions and referrals for some initial service needs. She's a great communicator and knowledgable about the market and the nuances of Hood River real estate. Highly recommend.

Shay is simply phenomenal. She is direct and focused, but so so personable. She is warm and garners trust in minutes. She remembers details about you - sometimes months later. Her knowledge of her service area is beyond extensive - there is 'voluminous', then 'encyclopedic' then on top of that there is Shay.
